You know we love a theme menu and now there is special menu in honor of Hispanic Heritage month from Sept 13 through October 15th. You actually could visit each campus once a week and find a special menu! Come on by and see what our culinary team has created for this special month!

Mission Bay Campus - Every Tuesday
Week 1: Mexico 9/14 - Posole Bar:  Choice of Pork Posole $8.75  or Vegetarian Posole Verde $6.50
          topped w/sliced radish, cabbage, avocado, onions, tortilla strips, cilantro, and lime  
Week 2: Guatemala 9/21 - Entrées: Pepian Chicken $6.00 and Roasted Cauliflower Tostada  $6.00
    Sides: Rice, Black Beans, Vegetable Medley ($1.60 each)
Week 3: Nicaragua 9/28 - Entrees: Tipitapa Fish (Pan seared Barramundi with sauteed onions, peppers, and tomatoes) $8.00
    Berenjenas Rellenas (Stuffed eggplant topped with mozzarella and cotija cheese, garnished with fried onions  $6.00
    Sides: Rice, Black Beans, Tostones   ($1.60 each)
Week 4: Costa Rica 10/5 - Chicken Casado Platter: Braised Chicken Quarter  $9.25
Corn Chorreados Platter: 2 corn cakes with crema $7.50
     Platters include: Gallo Pinto (black bean/rice mixture), Plantains, and side salad
Week 5: El Salvador 10/12 - Cheese Pupusa accompanied with Curtido & Salsa Roja   $3.50
    Dessert: Salvadorean Empanadas con Leche $5.00  (Sweet plantains filled with a cinnamon milk custard, rolled in sugar)  

Parnassus Heights - Every Thursday
Week 1: Mexico 9/16 - Sopes (Pork Carnitas with refried beans rice and salsa).
Week 2: Guatemala 9/23 -  Pepian de Pollo (chicken Pepian stew) with roasted red potatoes, vichy carrots, fresh cut green beans and long grain rice.
Week 3: Nicaragua 9/30 - Pork Churrasco Plate, marinated grilled Pork, black beans, rice, roasted plantains with Curtido cabbage salad.
Week 4: Honduras 10/7 -   Chicken Flautas with condiments and salsa.
Week 5: El Salvador 10/14 - Cheese and Bean Pupusas, Curtido and Salsa.

Week 1: Mexico 9/13-9/15 - Chicken Tortas

Week 2: Ecuador 9/21 -   Pescado Encocado, Fried Plantains, Rice/black beans/cotija, Garden salad with Cilantro Lime dressing
Week 3: Guatemala 9/30 - Pepian Chicken $6.00 and Roasted Cauliflower Tostada  $6.00

Week 4: Mexico 10/4-10/6 -  Chicken Tinga Street Taco
