1. Download the Grubhub app & sign up
2. Go to My Grubhub > Settings > Campus Dining
3. Confirm your campus (UCSF Health)
4. Browse restaurants on campus and start your order.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
  • Are the prices different ordering via GrubHub compared to in person?
    • Pricing remains the same as in our cafés. No additional fees.
  • How will I know that my order is ready?
    • The application does an estimate on when you order is ready to give you an initial idea.  Once the order is actually completed, customers will receive a push notification once the order is ready.
  • Can I schedule when I want to pick up my order?  
    • Specific scheduled ordering is not available at this time.
  • Can you cancel an order via GrubHub?  
    • In general, cancellations are not allowed once the order has been placed.
  • Is delivery available for GrubHub orders?
    • We will have pick up at all locations.  Delivery is currently only available at Mount Zion from 3-7pm to Nurses' Stations 4E, 4 W & 5N (B Building).
  • Why is Nutrition and Food Services making changes to the cafe dinner hours?
    • As we are currently in extraordinary times, our department must find cost effective ways to meet the needs of our customers within our resources.  We are still prioritizing hot food options to support our customers.  
  • What if I don't have access to the GrubHub application?
    • We are offering the opportunity for guests to pay in the Shorenstein Cafe Express or our special order and pickup station at the entrance of the Moffitt Cafe.  These stations are how customers with FastsPay cards (resident/fellow meal cards, NFS meal cards, social work cards, etc.) as well as those paying with cash.  

 

New Loyalty Program
  • We stopped issuing Peet’s Loyalty punch cards on July 1, 2020.  All existing cards in circulation will be honored through July 31, 2020.
  • Our loyalty program is being created through the GrubHub application. 
    • For every 9 orders of anything through the GrubHub application, we will give you $5 off your 10th order through 12/31/2020 for the Equator Cafe, Shorenstein Cafe Express, and Moffitt Cafe Express.  Rewards are automatically applied to your account per location (e.g. 9 orders at the Moffitt Cafe Express would receive the reward).
    • Different loyalty programs willl apply to additional locations.
