The cluniary team was inspired by the flavors the different regions offers. All three campuses will be featuring the same bowl so don't miss out on this culinary adventure.

May 9: Southeast Asia - Thailand, Laos, Vietnam etc.

Menu Item: Chicken or Tofu Larb Nowl - a flavorful and savory minced chicken (or Tofu) & herb salad, originating in Laos with poular versions all over Southeast Asia.

May 16: Pacific Islands - Hawaii, Polynesia etc.

Menu item: Huli Huli Chicken or Mushroom Huli Huli Bowl - Grilled marinated chicken thighs with a tropical sweet & savory flavor, server with classic sides of coconut rice & macaroni salad topped with pineapple mango salsa.

May 23: Western Asia - Middle East, Turkey, etc

Menu item: Imam Biyaldi Bowl - Deconstructed Turkish Eggplant dish with bulgur and a refreshing tangy yogurt sauce.
