On Tuesday February 21, Mount Zion will be serving up Beignets. Over at Parnassus Heights in Moffitt Café the chefs will be preparing Chicken Sausage Jambalaya, Tomato Okra, Creole Salmon, Red Bean and Rice, Succotash and sauteed cabbage.
Then on Wednesday February 22, Mission Bay's Shorenstein Café is preparing Fried Catfish, Jambalaya with Chicken & Sausage, Jambalaya with Vegan Sausage, Vegetarian Red Beans & Rice, Collard Greens, Homemade Cornbread Muffin, Crispy Cauliflower Po Boy Sandwich and Assorted Desserts
