Choose from:

Fuji: This apple was cultivated in Japan. It originated as a cross between two American apple varieties – the Red Delicious and old Virginia Ralls Genet. They are crisp and have a sweet and tart flavor.

Jonagold: A cross between the crisp Golden Delicious and the blush-crimson Jonathan. They form a sweet fruit with a thin skin.

Braeburn: These apples were originally cultivated in New Zealand and are named after the first orchid. They have a combination of sweet and tart flavor.
