Dietetic Internship Application Checklist - Spring 2020 Computer Matching Process

Graduate Record Examination (GRE) Scores

The GRE is required for application to the UCSF Dietetic Internship. The GRE must have been completed within the last five years, as applicants must arrange with the GRE testing service to have an official score report sent to UCSF directly (the GRE testing service only keeps scores on record for five years). Note that the GRE is waived for applicants who have completed a graduate degree before the start date of the internship. Please plan to complete the GRE in time to submit your scores to UCSF by the February 15, 2020 deadline.

  • Arrange with the GRE testing service to have your official scores sent to UCSF directly. Indicate UCSF Medical Center (#2107) as your Institutional Code. Please note that there is no need to indicate a department code/name. However, please be aware that the UCSF Medical Center is distinct from the UCSF Campus. Please send your scores to UCSF Medical Center- not the campus.
  • Note: The official GRE score report cannot be submitted to DICAS; the report must be sent to UCSF directly.
  • There is no minimum GRE score requirement, though scores >50%ile are considered to be more competitive.
